Tessa and The Typecast, The Alcorettes, Stephen Bowtell, Paulo (Phrase's DJ)
$5 entry – 8pm
To start a fire, you need a flame. And Tessa and the Typecast will provide you with all the heat you need at their live shows. Not only are they attractive, they
also play good music and, with a sound likened to Florence and The Machine and Regina Spektor, they are a band not to be missed. Catch them every Wednesday in July at The Birmingham Hotel in Collingwood.

Thursday July 8th
Cast & Crew, Green green Green, Ghosts in Cars, Fieldings
$5 entry – 8pm
Cast & Crew will melt your faces as they create some noise in order to assault your ears. After a 6 month break from playing shows last year, the greens returned with a bunch of new songs and a new take on their party/noise style. Ghosts In Cars come together for one common goal and that is to seep through the cracks of indie/post-hardcore stuff. Fieldlings are kinda like a musical mille-feuille - layers of simplicity which create complexity within a mist of aggression, dissonance and beauty. Kick start your weekend with a gig at the Birmy on July 8 with Cast & Crew, Green Green Green, Ghosts In Cars and Fieldlings.

Friday July 9th
The Roulette Generation, Ferry Tailes
$5 entry - 8pm

Thursday July 15th
City in Crisis, Cardinals, Emerson, Artilah,
$5 entry – 8pm
After a year of gigging, lineup changes, developing and refining a sound, City In Crisis know what hard work is all about. They have spent the beginning of this year writing and recording their debut EP, and are a band ready to make you take notice. Blending a range of styles and influences, they certainly fit along the hardcore spectrum, but steer far enough from any scene cliches to make it difficult to define exactly where. City in Crisis launch their debut EP at The Birmingham Hotel, this Thursday July 15th. With Guests Cardinals, Emerson & Artilah.

Friday July 16th
The Rumjacks, This War, Wil Wagner & The Smith Street Band, The Ramshackle Army

With a host of new tunes and being on the verge of a debut album and a European tour The Rumjacks are a band that can’t be missed! Playing The Birmingham Hotel Friday July 16th with massive supports from This War, Wil Wagner & The Smith Street band and The Ramshackle Army, entry is only $8!

Saturday July 17th
Totally unicorn (NSW), Gatherer, Acolades, In Seria
